These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of herocapture.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1) What HeroCapture provides

HeroCapture is a curated library of hero section screenshots and related inspiration intended for designers, founders, marketers, and developers. Content is provided for discovery, learning, and inspiration.

2) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to disrupt the Site, scrape it aggressively, or bypass rate limits
• Upload or submit content you don’t have the right to share
• Misrepresent ownership or attribution of third-party brands/content

3) Intellectual property

The Site’s design, branding, and original content created by HeroCapture are owned by HeroCapture and protected by applicable laws.

Screenshots shown on the Site may include third-party logos, product UI, and trademarks that belong to their respective owners. They are displayed for reference and informational purposes.

4) Takedown requests

If you believe content on the Site infringes your rights or you want a screenshot removed, contact contact@herocapture.com with:

• The URL(s) of the content
• Proof you are the rights holder or authorized representative
• The reason for removal

We’ll review and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

5) No warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is complete/accurate at all times.

6) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeroCapture will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.

7) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we’ll update the effective date above.
